The fact is that most of the salespeople that were with Eagle Ridge Realty in the beginning worked for Branigar, the developer, prior to the creation of Eagle Ridge Realty.

We’ve been part of The Galena Territory since before the first road was paved, the first fairway mowed, or the first fish stocked. In the early days, Eagle Ridge Realty was the developer’s real estate division. Branigar’s development days here are long gone, but there are still some of us who remember when our Realtors were required to have four-wheel-drive vehicles to safely navigate the muddy unpaved roads!
There have been a lot of changes at The Galena Territory and Galena since then, but one thing will never change. Our goal today is the same as it was then - to make your real estate dreams come true.
In 2007 Eagle Ridge Realty was purchased by Jim Cox, a Galena native who began working with Branigar in 1981 and has been with Eagle Ridge Realty since it’s inception.
